HR & employment law forum for care providers: whistleblowing | don’t shoot the messenger! - Cheltenham, 24 April 2018
Royds Withy King and First City Nursing are delighted to invite you to our HR forum for care providers. We will also be running this session in Swindon. For more information on our Swindon session and how to book please click here.
In this session, James Sage, partner in our Employment and Social Care teams, will use a case study to look at how to identify whistleblowing complaints; how you should respond to them; and what action you can take if false complaints are made. James will also provide guidance on managing related safeguarding issues arising from whistleblowing allegations.
This is intended to be an interactive session, and you are welcome to ask questions and share your experiences in a safe and confidential environment.
