In this session, James Sage, partner in our Employment and Social Care teams, will provide practical tips on managing sickness absence whilst minimising the risk of disability discrimination claims. He will also look at some of the tricky issues faced by employers when managing mental health in the workplace, as well as top tips on good practice.

This is intended to be an interactive session, and you are welcome to ask questions and share your experiences in a safe and confidential environment.
