In this session, James Sage, partner in our Employment and Health & Social Care teams, will look at the employment law implications of social media use by staff and how employers can protect their business interests from misuse of social media.
The session will cover:
• putting the right policies in place
• when can you discipline staff for misuse of social media?
• practical guidance of dealing with social media-related issues in the workplace by reference to some interesting case law!
This is intended to be an interactive session, and you are welcome to ask questions and share your experiences in a safe and confidential environment.
Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your thoughts on the different employment law issues that you’re likely to come across in practice.
