Family lawyer Joanna Toloczko joins our London office
Joanna has been appointed as a Partner and joins from Meaby & Co. She has over 30 years’ experience in leading law firms in London and Essex. This latest appointment underlines our commitment to further growing our profile in London.
Joanna covers all aspects of Family law, including divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships; family agreements including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements; family mediation; financial remedies within divorce proceedings; private children law and property and financial claims for cohabiting partners.
Joanna said: “I am really excited to be joining a great team in such a well-regarded law firm. I have a particular interest in complex and high value financial remedy applications within divorce proceedings, such as cases involving business assets, property portfolios or trusts. I also have a passion for helping separating couples to resolve disputes using family mediation and thereby avoid the stress, expense and delay of court proceedings. As an accredited family mediator, I’ll be able to help couples seeking mediation from any of our offices, given that mediation sessions will now be taking place remotely.
“Many of my clients are feeling completely overwhelmed when we first meet. I love working through their problems with them in a structured way and helping them to gain the clarity they need to move forward with confidence.
