A solicitor with a degree in both Law and Sport and Exercise Science, and a love of travel has joined the expanding residential property team at UK Top 100 law firm, Royds Withy King, in Bath.

Rebecca Allinson (pictured) is the latest addition to Royds Withy King’s 77-strong property team which advises estate agents, developers, investors, and individuals on a wide range of issues, including buying and selling property. She joins the firm from The Partnership property solicitors in London.

Commenting on her appointment, Rebecca said: “I am excited to have the opportunity to put down roots and develop my career in Bath and the surrounding villages and market towns of North East Somerset and Wiltshire. I’m able to offer clients a pragmatic and proactive approach to buying and selling property, whether they are looking to get a first foot on the ladder, secure their forever home, downsize, or enhance their investment portfolio. I also have experience dealing with re-mortgages and equity transfers. I really enjoy building rapport with clients and agents, making sure everyone is kept informed and minimising the stresses as much as possible.”

Outside of work, Rebecca is a keen sportswoman with a particular passion for netball and skiing – as well as travel. She is currently organising a yacht sailing week taking in the Croatian coast and Greek islands and has her sights set on completing the Three Peaks Challenge in 2018.
