“Get ahead of…” employment law training sessions

Our Employment & HR team are delighted to invite you to our ‘Get ahead of…’ training sessions.

Our Employment & HR team are delighted to invite you to our ‘Get ahead of…’ training sessions.

Taking place in February, March and April, these sessions are designed to give your business the confidence to take a proactive stance and get ahead of tricky issues in the workplace.

Each session can be attended separately, although there is a 3 for 2 offer when you book all three.

The three sessions deal with the following workplace challenges:

Improving productivity and wellbeing
Wednesday 26 February
Managing mental health and stress, reasonable adjustments, performance management and how to create a better workspace.

Thursday 19 March
How to manage change in the workplace such as redundancy, restructure and TUPE.

Grievances, disciplinary processes and dismissals
Wednesday 22 April
How to proactively support and manage disciplinary and grievance processes.
