Employment Judge strengthens Withy King’s Oxford practice

An employment law expert and Employment Judge has joined Withy King's nationally-recognised employment team.

Mark Emery has joined the firm as a Partner following eight years with a London West End firm and stints in the City and charity sector.

Mark has expertise in all areas of employment law, from dismissal to discrimination, whistleblowing to white-collar crime. His role as a part-time Employment Judge in Wales gives him a valuable insight into which cases should settle and how best to present a case at tribunal. Mark advocates cases at tribunal, represents clients at mediation and provides training to businesses, charities, educational establishments and public sector bodies on employment law issues.
