Couple Handed “Quickie” Divorce

According to reports, Nicole Appleton filed for divorce after her husband admitted to adultery during the summer of last year; with the couple living apart since the admission was made.

This week, in a High Court hearing in London, which lasted less than two minutes, the judge granted the couple a decree nisi – which can become a decree absolute, finalising the divorce, in six weeks and a day, if there are no disputes.
