St John’s Chambers, Royds Withy King and Mogers Drewett welcome you to their annual seminar in Bath, which aims to bring practitioners up to speed with all the latest developments in the world of contentious probate.

This seminar is principally targeted at solicitors who are (or would like to be) involved in contentious probate work, but it would also be of interest to non-contentious lawyers, will writing firms and professional executors.

This interactive scenario will involve facts giving rise to a proprietary estoppel claim and a 1975 Act claim. Delegates can use the knowledge they have gained in the first section and apply it to the scenario given whilst also exploring the procedural issues arising from running two claims.
