Caroline Doran in the Legal50

A partner at City law firm Royds LLP has been included in a prestigious list recognising the 50 most successful Irish leaders in the legal industry in Britain.

Caroline Doran, one of the Royds’ employment team, has been recognised in the Legal50, published as part of the Irish Post in Business 2013, a guide to the top Irish legal leaders who are acknowledged for their legal contribution, excellence and achievements in Britain.

Widely regarded as one of the leading lawyers in her field, Caroline advises on team exits, boardroom and bonus disputes, restrictive covenants, FCA investigations, fraud allegations and discrimination claims. Caroline has helped resolved complex boardroom disputes and has advised CEOs, and board members of FTSE 250 companies. Described by a client as “someone you like to have at your side (and not on the opposite)”.

Caroline works alongside well-known both Irish and UK companies, individuals and law firms, as well her international clients, to advise on English labour or HR related matters.
