Getting Involved

Working at Royds Withy King will give you a range of opportunities to get involved in more than just your day to day job. We have a number of staff initiatives which you can get involved with in order to arrange events and activities.

Chosen Charities

We support three Chosen Charities which are nominated by our staff. We build strong relationships with these charities and try to make a real difference. Our current Chosen Charities are:

Dorothy-House     Prospect-Hospice              Yelow-Submarine

Charities Committee

Our Charities committee arrange fundraising events and activities for all our staff to get involved in to support our chosen charities. This could be anything from dress-down days to the sporting challenges.

This year we took on the challenge of cycling from Bath to Paris in 3 days (and over 200 miles). It was a great opportunity to get fitter, meet colleagues across the offices and raise over £5000!



Social Committee

Each year Royds Withy King run a number of staff social events which will allow you to meet and mingle with people across all of the offices. The key events include a Quiz Night, Summer Party and the big Christmas Do.The Social committee work to ensure our events run smoothly and everyone has a great time!

Our Christmas Party this year involved dinner, dancing and selfies!


The Green Team

For those of your with a green way of thinking, you might want to get involved with our Green Team to help the firm to operate in an environmentally friendly way and continue to improve our reduce our carbon footprint.

We recently spent some time helping The Wildfowl & Wetland Trust with some of their conservation projects:



For those of you looking to join our legal teams, you will be actively encouraged to participate in Marketing activities. We have a very proactive marketing team to support you to achieve your business development goals. We use a range of marketing techniques and welcome new ideas and initiatives.
