Expiry of your lease – should you take action?
Your business has survived the last few years and is getting busier. Your lease is coming to an end; the landlord has said he is happy to renew the lease; customers and new customers need your attention and you give them it.
This scenario is very common and understandable but what risks are you running by allowing your lease to run out before a new one is agreed in detail and entered into with the landlord?
