.

Throughout this year, trying to keep up with the changes in employment law legislation has undoubtedly been a challenge for us all.

This seminar will provide an overview of the year, and will benefit anyone who has responsibility for dealing with HR issues in the workplace. We will look at:

  • the changes in employment legislation over the last twelve months.
  • recent key decisions in case law and the practical impact that these will have on your organisation, including discrimination, holiday pay, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal.
  • looking ahead at forthcoming changes and how to be prepared for them, including the new ‘off-payroll’ regulations.

The seminar will be focused on practical tips to help you comply with legal requirements and with best practice. Employment law partner Richard White, and other members of the Employment & HR team, will deliver essential updates on key employment law issues and then take questions from the floor.

This is an opportunity for you to get updates on critical employment law issues, as well as share experiences with your peers.
