About Paul
Paul is a partner at RWK Goodman and leads the firm’s Commercial Division. He specialises in all aspects of real estate with particular focus on flexible office space, development and the property aspects of our health & social care sector. Paul’s strengths include building strong relationships with clients to help develop their businesses and is passionate about supporting colleagues in their careers to enable them to achieve their true potential.
Paul has wide experience of real estate transactions including:
- advising operators and landlords/asset managers on leases and management agreements of flexible office and co-working space
- landlord and tenant work in the office, retail and leisure sectors
- property development for commercial and residential use
- secured lending/re-finance work acting for banks and borrowers
- acquisition and disposal in of care homes, retirement villages, hotels & restaurants
- property transactions for pension schemes (SIPP/SSAS)
- property support for corporate sales, acquisitions and mergers
